IVT is excited to introduce WDW planning packages!

Not everyone has the same needs when it comes to planning a vacation. Some clients come to us for our expertise and guidance but really enjoy doing most of the planning on their own. As people who LOVE planning vacations, we get that! For you, our services will remain complimentary.

If you are someone who wants a little more- or maybe a lot more- help when planning your trip, these packages will be for you! These options will allow you to choose which services you wish to add on to your trip.

While we currently only offer extended planning packages for WDW, we look forward to rolling this service out to new destinations soon. Planning services to other destinations are still currently complimentary.

IVT Planning Packages

The Standard

This is our package for clients that need our expert guidance but want to do some of the planning themselves. Here's what you can expect:

Step by step directions to link your vacation and make park reservations
Dining recommendations - including our character dining guide!
Directions for reserving Lightning Lane Multi & Single Pass
Recommendations for strollers, transfer companies, and other necessary vacation rentals
Updated Tips & Tricks for navigating the parks
Promotion & discount monitoring

Price: COMPLIMENTARY to all clients who book a min 3 night/3 day ticket package with us.

The Dining & Tech package

Everything included with The Standard plus:

We wake up early to make your dining reservations
We continue to search for reservations until travel
Glitch in MDE? We spend the time with tech getting it resolved
Tips for navigating the MDE app during travel
We make your Lightning Lane pre-travel selections

Price: $249 to all clients who book a min 3 night/3 day ticket package with us.

The Signature

The Signature Package is where IVT agents really shine!

We are Disney experts and use our knowledge to create a magical vacation, designed specifically for your family. Don't lift a finger and let us handle EVERYTHING! This is a concierge package with complete reservation management- if there is a reservation to be made, we handle it!

Every detail will be taken care of so all you have to do is enjoy the fun! We recommend this package for first time visitors, multi-room bookings, and travelers who want all the fun without any hassle!

Everything included in The Standard and The Dining & Tech plus:

Custom touring plans created for your family! We build in bathroom breaks, snacks, and even resort time- all based on your preferences
Emphasis on the attractions, dining, and experiences YOUR FAMILY wants to see
Arrange reservations for VIP Tours, Spa Appointments, Tee Times, Cabana Rentals and more...

The Fine Print

Fees are due in full at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, IVT fees are non-refundable. These fees are directly to IVT and in no way associated with Disney.

$50 per date change.

The fee covers up to 10 guests or up to 3 room reservations. Parties with additional rooms or guests should inquire about group pricing.

We kindly request you not share any information we give you outside your immediate travel party. We love referrals and appreciate you helping our business grow.
